360 rotating car seats
Swivel car seats have now become a must have for parents. They not only make it easier putting your child in and out of the car but they give you the option of extended rearward facing and then the ability to put your child forward facing when they are ready.
Most of our 360° rotating car seats are suitable from birth up to 4 years old. While others like the Cosatto All in All i-Size car seat is suitable all the way up to 12years.
One of the main benefits of a rotating car seat is that you can swivel it around to the car door when taking your baby in and out of the car. This saves having to awkwardly bend over a seat to try to unstrap and lift them out. We always recommend a swivel car seat to parents that suffer with back pain or mobility issues.
Things to consider before buying a swivel car seat:
- They usually come on a fixed isofix base resulting in them being bigger and bulkier. They are not travel system compatible as they do not detach from the base. If you do want an infant car seat that can swivel and also attach to the frame of your buggy we have two options:

- Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 & Familyfix 360 base
With both of these options; after your baby has outgrown the baby car seat you can purchase the next stage car seat. You keep the same isofix base and continue to have the full 360 rotation with the next stage car seat until your child is roughly 4 years old.
- Not all rotating car seats swivel all the way round – While most rotating car seats swivel a full 360°, some only rotate 180°.
